GOP are an innovative company with new developments in sustainable and green products which will be manufactured within Group in the UK. We have sucessfully completed projects from concept to mass production, paying particular attention to costs and when possible, design single part plastic products, that are currently manufactured from many different plastics and other materials.
We offer, design, prototype and mass production of plastic products and components to a vast array of industry sectors. We are actively reviewing our product range, with a view to manufacturing single part components, such as, caps and closures.
multi cavity tooling
Global One-Pak Ltd have multi-cavity tooling, allowing us to manufacture millions of injection moulded closures per annum. Our closures are 100% recyclable and available with 30% PCR material (where applicable).
Our injection moulding machines have a capacity from 80 tonnes – 650 tonnes.
